Galactic Gummies

Introducing Galactic Gummies: a speculative design practice exploring packaging and brand design. This project envisions a future where interstellar advancements in aerospace technology have led to the widespread adoption of once-astronaut-exclusive innovations. Galactic Gummies, seizing the opportunity, introduces compressed food technology originally devised for long-distance space travel. In response to the fast-paced lifestyles of the future, these gummies offer a convenient solution, compressing a meal's worth of nutrition into a single chewable form. Miniature, nutritious, delicious, and instantly energising, they eliminate the need to deliberate over lunch options or spend time preparing meals. However, behind this innovative concept lies a deeper reflection. Through the lens of speculative design, this project challenges the notion of sacrificing mealtime for productivity and explores the cyclical nature of modern life.
